Based in Wadeville, Gauteng’s industrial hub, the business executes end-to-end steelwork solutions with a modern equipment base and a technically skilled workforce.
Its client portfolio spans mining, water infrastructure, agri-processing, and public works, providing durable revenues across multiple sectors. The property portfolio, held through Phoenix Properties, spans approximately 70,000m² of gross lettable area, of which 60,000m² is currently leased and income-generating. A further 10,000m² has been earmarked for future buildout or tenant-led development, creating optionality for expansion and value unlocking.
